Rox, the Trusted Orphanguardian - Main Creature Design

In this task was I looking for to create a fantastical dinosaur creature to together with the main character to the world I try to bring to life.
This creature is just not a mount, it is also a close companion to the main character which was also important to consider in the design.
A creature that might be ridden into battle, or a loyal steed that transport the hero across the wild landscape or just could be your dear friend, but a possible powerful one!
I did have to think how this creature could move around with the main character, also what would the saddle and gear to travel with look like.
I wanted this creature to reflect the other kinds of animal living in this world and there are a lot of hybrid creatures. So this creature drives inspiration from mostly a t.rex and an american bison that could be suitable in a more prehistoric jungle/savannah landscape.
I also wanted to make something unique with this creature to make it pop up then the other animals in this world and that thing was it mystical bionetic-leg which has some strong connections of the ecosystem in this world and also a strong connection whic his companion Shentoi.
